Getting Started

Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage or visit the registration page. Fill in your email and password. You'll get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.

After logging in for the first time, you'll see a "Complete Your Profile" dialog. Enter your first name, last name, company name, phone number, address, and preferred currency. You can also update your profile later from the Profile section in the sidebar.

Go to Items from the sidebar and click "+ Add Item". Enter the item name, category, quantity, unit, purchase rate, wholesale price, retail price, and other details like location and expiry date. Your inventory is now ready for sales.

Navigate to Customers or Suppliers from the sidebar and click the "+" button. Enter the name, phone number, email, address, and any previous balance. You can also add customers or suppliers directly while creating a new sale or purchase.

Inventory & Sales

Go to Sales and click "+ New Sale". Select a customer, add items with quantities and prices, set the sale date, and specify the payment status. You can add discounts, notes, and mark it as settled or pending. Click "Save" to create the sale.

Navigate to Retail Sales from the sidebar and click "+ New Sale". Retail sales are for walk-in customers and don't require a customer account. Add items, set quantities, and enter the total amount. All retail sales are automatically marked as settled.

Go to Purchases and click "+ New Purchase". Select a supplier, add the items you're purchasing with quantities and rates, and set the purchase date. This automatically updates your inventory stock levels.

Use the Payments section to record payments received from customers or made to suppliers. Choose the payment type (Received/Paid), select the party, enter the amount, and set the payment mode (Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.). For business expenses, use the Expenses section to track operational costs by category.

The Dashboard provides an overview of your business with key metrics like today's sales, monthly revenue, pending amounts, and total investment. For detailed analytics, visit the Analytics section to view revenue trends, expense breakdowns, payment mode analysis, and item movement reports with custom date ranges.

Billing & Subscription

ThozhilPro offers flexible plans to suit businesses of all sizes. Visit our pricing page for current plan details. All plans come with a 14-day free trial.

Go to Profile from the sidebar. Under the subscription section, you can view your current plan and choose a different one. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

When your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to select a subscription plan. Your data is safely preserved. Once you subscribe, you'll regain full access to all features immediately.

User Management

Go to User Management from the sidebar and click "+ Add User". Enter their name, email, and assign a role (Admin or User). They'll receive login credentials to access the platform.

Owner: Full access to all features including billing, user management, and settings. Cannot be deleted.
Admin: Can manage inventory, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, and users. Cannot access billing.
User: Can manage inventory, customers, suppliers, and sales. Limited access to settings.

Go to Profile from the sidebar and scroll to the "Change Password" section. Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm it. Click "Update Password" to save.

Mobile Apps

ThozhilPro is available on both platforms:
Android: Google Play Store
iOS: Apple App Store

Yes! All data syncs in real time across the web dashboard and mobile apps. Any changes you make on one platform are immediately reflected on the others. Use the same login credentials across all platforms.

The mobile app includes all core features: Dashboard, Items management, Sales (wholesale & retail), Purchases, Customers, Suppliers, Payments, Expenses, Analytics, and Profile settings. You can manage your entire business from your phone.

Account & Settings

Go to Profile from the sidebar. You can update your company name, phone number, address, and currency. Changes are reflected across all platforms immediately.

In the Profile section, scroll down to the "Danger Zone". Click "Reset Business Data" and type RESET to confirm. This will permanently delete all your items, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, payments, and expenses. This action cannot be undone.

Go to Profile and look for the Currency field. ThozhilPro supports 44+ currencies including INR, USD, EUR, GBP, AED, and more. Select your preferred currency from the searchable picker, and all amounts across the app will display in that currency.
